At Your Urban Detox Paddington, we use a closed system colonics machine, designed for use by a trained colon hydrotherapist (Colonic therapist) to administer the treatment in a safe, gentle and hygienic manner.
During your treatment we use massage, reflexology, acupressure and essential oils to help you relax and assist in the release.
A therapist will be with you for the duration of your treatment.

What is Colon Hydrotherapy (Colonics) ?
Colon hydrotherapy (Colonics) is water therapy. Warm filtered water is gently infused into the colon (large intestine) to help hydrate and cleanse by flushing out toxins such as candida, parasites, mucus, waste and undigested food particles whilst also eliminating gas.
